4. Copyright & Uploaded Content

You must have the rights to any photo you upload. By using our service, you confirm your upload does not infringe any third-party rights.

If you are not satisfied with the processed photo, contact us within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are limited to the amount you paid for the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, including missed travel, application rejections, or other related costs.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, U.S.A. Unless required otherwise by law, any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
